Shipping Rates

.The shipping charge for your depends on three factors:

1. Total weight of the item(s) ordered

2. Distance of shipping address from our store

3. Sevice level selected by you

Stylish Inflatables ships to the lower 48 states. No shipping is available for Hawaii or Alaska. We do not ship Internationally. All orders must have a physical address. We do not ship to P.O Boxs. If you order a Pool, this is shipped by freight. You will be contacted by phone for delivery and shipping charges. You must be present for delivery. All pools are non-returnable, unless it is damaged in transport, if so, call the freight company.

Return Policy

Stylish Inflatables want are costumers to be satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not, please e-mail or call us and we will be happy to serve you.  All Pools are non-refundable. Any Item that has been misused, cannot be returned. If you do need to make a return, you will need a return number and return item(s) within 30 days of purchase. All returns are subject to a $20.00  restocking fee. You are responible for securely shipping the product in its original packaging in new and resalable condition, for paying the shipping costs both ways, and insuring product.

Undeliverable Orders

Refused or undeliverable shipments will be subject to a product restocking feeof $20.00 plus incurred shipping cost both ways. A $30.00 administrative fee may also be warranted.

Cancellation of an Order

Once an order has been placed, the order cannot be CANCELLED. If the item is on backorder and unable to ship, you may cancel the order by sending us an e-mail or call or pick a second choice product of equal value.
